At the 2019World Golf Championship - FedEx St. Jude InvitationalBritish Professional Golfer,Justin Rose, teamed up withDakota Cunningham,a 14 year old young man who was diagnosed with Leukemia in May, 2017 and at the time was undergoing Chemotherapy at the renowned St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis
When Rose came up a little short on a 50-foot putt for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at a pre-tournament challenge, Dakota stepped up and coolly sank the remaining five-footer — clinching a $50,000 donation from FedEx to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital just before he was scheduled to go back to the hospital for treatment.
The same strong young manhas now completed all of his treatmentand while practicing social distancing out on the golf course last week,sunk his first hole-in-one in the midst of this Pandemic!
