MEMPHIS, Tenn. —The City of Memphis said they will be ready to enter the first phase of allowing things to reopen on Monday.
Weeks after Mayor Jim Strickland first announced the Safer-at-Home order to combat the coronavirus, he said it is now time to get ‘Back-to-Business.'
Many businesses will be able to open their doors, however, they will not return to full normal operations until all the phases of the plan have been completed.
