Half Of Cinderella Open To A One-Off Reunion Show

With everyone from Oasis to Black Sabbath getting together, either for a single concert or a reunion tour, the question is often asked of the surviving members of Cinderella...any chance you get together again? Guitarist Jeff LaBar passed away in 2021, but Eric Brittingham, Fred Coury and Tom Keifer are all still active in varying degrees. Coury told "Waste Some Time With Jason Green" that if the situation were right, it's a possibility. "...we're all pretty active in playing. We have our chops up. So if something had to happen, if it was, like, 'Oh my gosh. You guys can save the world. We need to have you play,' there's no reason we couldn't." In a separate interview with "Another FN Podcast With Izzy Presley," Brittingham also addressed the question, saying it wouldn't be the same without LaBar. However, there is another LaBar the band knows well: Sebastian LaBar, son of Jeff and a guitarist with a resume that includes Saliva and Tantric. Of the possibility of him sitting in for his late dad, Brittingham said, "Yeah. I would be open to it, and I'm sure Fred would too. Tom, he's been with his solo career for, what, 13 or 14 years now, and he's really vested in that. And that's where his heart is. So I don't know if he would really wanna do it. But I would be open to it." So, two are on board if the stars aligned. Looks like it's up to lead singer Keifer if a Cinderella reunion will ever happen.
